Not too bad. The lip sync could be more smooth, along with the lines, but other than that, the style isn't that bad, and you have potential! (Not like I can do any better though x'D) Keep doing what you're doing and surely you'll improve! :D

I'd suggest sound effects, and maybe make it a bit longer. It has lots of potential!
